Hotel Nais Beach - Durres

I appreciated the excellent breakfast variety and quality, which really started my day off right.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, made for a less enjoyable stay.

Fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was nice and excellent easy to find from the ferry terminal. The breakfasts were savoury and satisfactory with freshly baked brown bread.

Utilize the beach towels provided for added comfort during your beach visits.

The Standard Double Room was spacious with a nice balcony offering a reasonable view. Clean bathroom and the sizable room were great.

Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The so-called private beach turned out to be misleading-sunbeds cost extra, and the parking area is quite tight, leading to potential hassles during peak times. Mosquitoes were a nightmare. They invaded the space quickly without any nets to fend them off, and the mattress could use some serious replacement. Internet access was patchy at best, impacting those necessary late-night browsing sessions, and the lack of dining options beyond breakfast left much to be desired, with no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Great location across from the beach. Just a short walk to the city center. Room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony view. Really enjoyed the breakfast variety, especially the hot options. Staff was friendly, and they offered early check-in when my room was ready. The air conditioning could have been more effective, as it didn't cool the room as well as I'd hoped. There's a lot of noise from the street, especially at night. Not a bad stay, but some tweaks would definitely enhance the experience.

The spacious layout was perfect for relaxation, and having daily fresh towels. Access to the private beach was a highlight, and the complimentary beach towels really added convenience.

Poor air conditioning!!! The parking area is painfully limited!!! Inconsistent internet access!!! There's a real need for an on-site restaurant beyond breakfast to enhance dining options!!!

The breakfast included a good spread of cold meats, cheeses, and local pastries. The staff, particularly the kind woman at breakfast, were attentive and always smiling. My room was spacious and the cleaning service daily was appreciated.
